Packaging Process :
All the packaging process is done under supervision of experienced staff. The tiles are selected and cleaned by hand. These are then packed in sea worthy wooden crates covered with polyethene sheets and labeled mentioning name of material, colour, size, crate no. and no.of pieces in that particular crate.


We pack in one 20' container :


A) SAWN EDGE / MACHINE CUT TILES:

- for   8-12 MM thick ,   950+/-5% sq.mtrs.
- for 10-15 MM thick ,   750+/-5% sq.mtrs.
- for 10-18 MM thick ,   650+/-5% sq.mtrs.
- for 12-20 MM thick ,   600+/- 5% sq.mtrs.
- for 15-20 MM thick ,   575+/- 5% sq.mtrs.
- for 10+/-1 MM thick , 864+/-5% sq.mtrs.
- for 12+/-1 MM thick , 700+/-5% sq.mtrs.
- for 15+/-1 MM thick , 575+/-5% sq.mtrs.

B) CHIPPED EDGE / SCRIBED EDGE / HAND CUT TILES:

- for 3 - 7 MM thick , 1500+/- 5% sq. mtrs
- for  7-12 MM thick ,  1100+/- 5% sq. mtrs
 
   
C) HAMMER CUT / HAND CUT:

- for 15-25 MM thick , 400+/- 5% sq.mtrs
- for 25-40 MM thick , 250+/- 5% sq.mtrs
